📌「爬山一爬就是六個小時以上 照片中我爬的是玉山前峰的"鹿林麟趾山" 過程中nature calls都是回歸nature的野放 遇到月經其實非常不方便 一方面沒辦法有餘裕與空間更換 山中想找到有遮蔽且不危險的地方是奢侈 一方面更換與擦拭的血淋淋廢棄物要好好帶走不能污染山林
由於我一直使用月經杯 但是在量大時還是會無法及時更換大外漏 如里月經褲是我發現的大好物 之前我也用過其它的月亮褲 對於主因環保而使用卻過度包裝的品牌真的很憤怒 如里則是每一個環節都照顧到環保人士的內心小劇場
